The company’s founder, Belinda Wong-Swanson, has a PhD in Nuclear & Energy Engineering, and an EMBA. She has nearly twenty years of experience in the following diverse areas:
- Project Management
Management of project proposal, execution, delivery and client relationship. Development of project technical requirements and specifications, schedule and budget requirements. Enabling of close communication between clients and team members of diverse background and skills to ensure project objectives, requirements and constraints are clearly defined and understood.
- Market Research and Analyses
Analysis of market segment and size, competitive landscape, and market strategey for new business and product opportunities.
- Reliability and Quality Assurance Engineering
Management of the Reliablity and Quality Assurance section of a research and development organization and establishment of its quality assurance standards. Performance of reliability predictions, FMECA, statistical analysis, and specification of reliability test requirements.
- System Engineering
Visiting researcher at an experimental solar power plant in Tabernas, Spain. Author of three reports relating to the interactions of solar availability, thermal performance, equipment reliability and maintainability of the solar power systems at the site. Flight dynamics, orbital analyses, aero-optical effects analysis.
